Here are the Pynch fics I'm planning so far this year:

The Kid Fic (Ten of Cups)

I just posted the first chapter of this. Ronan's psychic child is trying to get him and Adam back together. Post-Greywaren but canon divergent. It's already written! I'd had the general idea for YEARS.

One of the prompts I received! :) This is going to be College Adam yearning over a friend of a friend who is totally taken (lol) and would never like him back.

2025 WIPs

I don't have many WIPs at the moment and I'm sort of floating through without any real direction or inspiration.

Feel free to DM me or chat in my posts about my works or ideas. I always feel more motivated and inspired when I'm in conversation with folks in fandom.

Here's what I have in my queue:

WIPs:

Baby, You Can Have It: Femme Hollanov - This is a fic that I've completed but is long (over 160K) and is being edited. 36/44 chapters have been edited so it will be fully posted in 2025.

Bartender AU: Hollanov - We're about 16.5 chapters of 20 into this one. I've been working on it on and off since the end of May 2024 and I'm hoping to finally finish it within the next few weeks.

Arcane AU: Hollanov - I watched Arcane and fell in love with Jayvic and Caitvi, but I really wanted to explore that world with Ilya and Shane. Smuggler!Ilya and Councilor!Shane, true enemies to lovers. More action-y than I usually do but could be good to explore.

Ideas:

Maybe some Hollanov Omegaverse? I can't really get this one off the ground but I've been thinking about it

1.) You are SO sweet and TOO kind. 😭💖 I'm shocked when people think I'm cool, because I'm a big dork nerd. Also, YOU'RE so cool to *me*, so that's such high praise?!?!

2.) To clarify: I was not hired to *be* Chuck E., like, *exclusively*. It was something that all the frontline staff had to take turns doing. So, really, most of my time as Chuck E. was hectic and brief.

But I DO have stories. 😂

The highlights include:

Being told to get in the suit and dance--despite not knowing any of the dances. It was a slow day tho, and the kids did not care that Chuck E. didn't know what he was doing. 😂😭

Accidentally whapping a small child in the head with my big mouse paw glove and feeling *so* bad about it. After I got out of the suit--I went to check on the kid. I told him that Chuck E. wanted to apologize and make sure he was alright. The little boy's mom told me that he was not even a little bothered--because he was just SO excited that he got to see Chuck E. and dance with him. 😭💖 ((That made me feel better *and* worse, simultaneously. 😮‍💨))

And, my personal fav: at a bday party, one of the older girls (maybe like 9 or 10) clocked me right away and was *staring* at the Chuck E. mouth (where I could see out of). In a low, conspiratorial voice, she goes, "There's someone in there..." 😂😭 She kept trying to get the other kids to notice, but her mom shut her down and I had to avoid that little girl the rest of the party. She wanted to unmask me as a fraud so badly.

So, yeah! Lots of fun. 😂 Don't miss it at all.

2025 Fics

Thanks to @lizpaige for tagging me.

I hope to finish a lot of the WIPs I have going especially the ones for TRC Rarepair/Rare kink Bingo!

Unnamed Adam/Kavinsky fic- set in early Dream Thieves era- K sells Adam a hallucinogen which should help Adam relax a bit but ends up taking both of them to Cabeswater and K messes up Adam’s trip.

Unnamed Pynch Explicit fic- Ronan dreams up a plant golem type thing while Adam is away at college. He wants Adam (and himself, but he can’t really admit it) to have the experience of a threesome without inviting an actual third person in.

Bluesy pegging fic- Blue rails Gansey while he wears a sundress (her sundress, she is using Gansey as a dress form, lol)

Pynch marriage fic- Ronan and Adam get married at the Barns with Blue officiating. There’s Princess Bride quotes and Gansey crying and Fox Way Ladies shenanigans.

I don't think I'll ever write something I like as much as the kintsugi metaphor in chapter ten of Boxes on the Lawn:

Adam never wanted their pact to be the only direction he had, always so keen to do things his way. So Adam kept running until he spent an evening being a dick with his best friend and felt so, so alive he wanted to distill that night, put it in a bottle, and carry it with him forever.

Ticking clocks chased him down dead end after dead end when really he was meant to be on the road leading to Ronan. The road where Ronan had been waiting for him all along.

But Ronan deserved an Adam with things figured out because Ronan wasn’t something to trifle with. Ronan would put all his broken bits and pieces into Adam’s palms. Not with an expectation Adam would put him back together, but that Adam’s open hands would be waiting for the next fragile fragments. Pieces Jude then Gideon had dropped. Pieces Adam had dropped, hands not yet worthy.

Adam wanted to be worthy. He wanted to stand in front of Ronan, one hand cupping pieces, one hand cupping gold, offering both up to Ronan so Ronan could fit himself back together, every crack brilliant, seams stronger than before.

He wasn’t worthy. Not yet.

The Long Way Home - Sterek fic where Derek is a dilf.

Just A Spark - wherein Stiles is ace and a stork delivers a Sterek baby.

Fast Times At Clairemont High - yet another Sterek fic. Stiles goes undercover at the school where Derek is a teacher.

😬😬 Look. I try to. Most of the time I don't know what to say, but I love getting comments and I cherish them all!

What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Oof. I used to write a lot of angst. Probably Forever. It's a MCR/Frerard where Frank goes to an NA meeting and tells the story of how Gerard died.

What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I don’t know if I'd consider it the happiest ending because I write a lot of happy endings, but I think Magnetic has the most cathartic ending. It's a big ball of angst so the happy ending has a bigger payoff.

Do you get hate on fics?

Oh yeah, for sure. Not so much now that I've made my fics private, but it happens 🤷‍♀️

Do you write smut?

Yes 😌

Do you write crossovers?

Yeah! I love crossovers! It's fun to take characters I love from separate fandoms and put them in situations together.

Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I'm sure they didn't consider it stealing, but yes. I found out that someone was translating a bunch of my WIPs and reposting to a different site without my permission. I love translations, don’t get me wrong, but I like to keep track of where my fics are posted and who is posting them.

Have you ever had a fic translated?

Yep! I've got some Teen Wolf fics in Russian, French, and Spanish. There's a Portuguese translation of Magnetic. And a bunch of my old MCR fics have been translated to Russian.

Have you ever co written a fic?

I.... do not play well with others. That said, yes. I co-wrote a MCR fic years ago and it was a bad experience because we were making up the plot as we went along and the other writer was more invested than I was since I was drifting away from that fandom, I lost interest halfway through and just wanted it to be over. And I'm currently working on a pynch fic with @iammistressofmyfate which is already a better experience than the last time 😘 I like collaborating and sharing ideas so I wouldn’t be opposed to co-writing again in the future, I think it would just have to be the right person and the right idea!

What’s your all time favorite ship?

I mean, right now I would have to say Pynch. They've got a great dynamic that I keep finding myself drawn back to.

What’s a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

It pains me to say.... the Pynch track AU. It was a meet cute friends to lovers AU where Adam is on the track team. I just sigh every time I open the word doc so I don’t know if I'll ever get around to turning my outline into an actual fic 😮‍💨

What are your writing strengths?

Characters. I have a knack for making even the worst characters likable and I'm good at making them complex.

What are your writing weaknesses?

Action. I'm so bad at writing action scenes where so much is happening at once and there's a lot of movement.

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I usually don't just because I'm afraid I'll butcher it.

Favourite fic you’ve ever written?

That's a hard one. I haven’t even posted all of it, but probably Love & Lace. I was able to incorporate humor and feelings and character growth along with some top tier smut and I'm really proud of it 🥰

What’s a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I hate to say Sirius Black Doesn't Care because I think about it often and I know exactly how it will end, but I just haven't been in an HP mood to get to writing it.

What are your writing weaknesses? Finishing. Or I come up with an idea but don't have enough to make it a full story.

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? I try to avoid it for multiple reasons. I don't want to offend, I will inevitably get it wrong, and I personally don't like to have to look up a phrase or something when I'm reading a fic if it wasn't translated already for me.

First fandom you wrote for? Embarrassingly probably the musical Rent? I think I roleplayed as some characters on MySpace and then moved to writing fic on ff.net. I think I was 13? lol

Favourite fic you’ve ever written? Oof I don't know I'm going to cheat and say it's not a specific fic, but a type of fic I write that I like. I'm a fan of the silly ones I write. The quick oneshots in both trc and hp that are like ~2k and just quick snippets/slice of life fics. I made a series for them - moonstar tales (wolfstar) and magic boys (pynch)
